MOBILE DOG GROOMING
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CAN I BE IN THE SALON WITH MY DOG?
Sometimes the presence of the owner will have a calming effect on the dog. In certain cases, the opposite will be true. We will try to accomodate any special requests to be with your pet. Your input is always welcome.
SAFETY
For the safety of your pet and myself, we do request that all vaccinations, especially the Rabies vaccination, be up to date. Safety comes first for all concerned during the grooming process, people as well as dogs. Please advise prior to the grooming session if your dog has a tendency to bite or is aggressive.
|
COSTS
There is no way to set a standard price for each breed. Each pet is maintained differently by each owner and the frequency of grooming varies. Generally, prices are structured by type of pet, size, condition of the coat, and type of hair style requested. We will quote a price at the time of the initial consultation based on the requested services.
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Grooming sessions run about 1 1/2 to 2 hours per dog. There is a 60 minute window for all appointments. Working with dogs and traffic is not always easy, so please be patient. We will always call if we are going to be delayed more than 60 minutes.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cannot keep your appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance so that we can fill your spot.
PAYMENTS
We request that services be paid in the form of cash or checks. All grooming fees must be paid at the time that the services are rendered. Checks returned for any reason will be subject to a $35 returned check fee. New customer referrals are greatly appreciated and will be rewarded.
